Long & Foster Real Estate Inc. aims to
reduce the time and stress associated with
moving by enabling realty consumers to
comparison shop for home-related services online
through a partnership with Houston-based Qcorps
Residential Inc.
Qcorps' Resident Web-based Connection Service
Network allows realty consumers to shop for
home-related services, including change of
address forms, local and long distance telephone
service, cable and satellite television,
high-speed Internet access, newspaper
subscriptions, furniture and appliance rental,
and other household services.
"The benefits to our clients offered by the
Home Service Connections far surpass those
achievable through traditional concierge
programs. By shopping for and connecting home
services online, our clients will save as much
as ten hours," said Long & Foster President
Wes Foster.
Long & Foster serves the seven-state
Mid-Atlantic region, including Maryland,
Virginia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Delaware,
New Jersey, North Carolina and The District of
Columbia.
