Cable Company Offers Cable and Broadband Services to Qcorps Customers

HOUSTON -December 1, 2003 - Qcorps Residential, Inc., today announced that it has signed a national agreement with Comcast Cable, the country's leading cable and broadband communications provider, to be part of Qcorps' Resident Connection Service Network.

The Resident Connection Service Network, developed and operated by Qcorps, enables consumers to conveniently compare and purchase cable television, high-speed Internet as well as utilities, telecommunications and other household services with Qcorps online resident connection service.

The Resident Connection Service Network is a national network of home-related service providers that enables consumers to arrange for the provision of a wide array of household services, at any time of day in only a few minutes. Available free of charge, consumers moving into or residing at any address within the U.S. can utilize the network to compare and purchase services from participating cable, Internet and telephone service providers, as well as utilities, newspaper subscriptions, moving services, furniture and appliance rental, and other essential household services. The service is provided through long-term, exclusive, and privately branded channel partnership agreements with leading organizations, including most of the largest U.S. multifamily housing owners and managers, leading real estate brokers and title companies, web portals, and the U.S. Department of Defense.
