Time Warner and Comcast sued

A cable TV start-up has filed a suit against Comcast and Time Warner over the Adelphia deal. According to the article Time Warner, Comcast sued over Adelphia plans, the suit claims that the huge communication companies are "trying to keep independent networks off the air as they prepare to acquire smaller rival Adelphia Communications Corp." The Time Warner, Comcast deal to buy out Adelphia is slated to close on July 31 of this year.
