6 Reasons On-Demand Programming is Awesome

I recently ordered new digital television service that features on-demand programming, something I’ve been looking forward to trying for years. I have to say, it was definitely worth the wait. Here are the top six reasons you need to get TV service with on-demand.
- You never have to go to a movie rental store again, as all the latest hits are right there whenever you’re ready to order
- It’s easy to discover new series you may have missed, and catch up with old ones you’ve forgotten about
- You can watch TV and movies on your own schedule, without having to fill up your DVR
- If you subscribe to movie channels, they probably have a large library of movies you can access any time, for free!
- Typically, on-demand shows have limited commercials—and even then, you can skip right past them if you are as impatient as me
- If there’s a show from a premium channel you’ve been wanting to see, even if there is not a free sample episode, you can usually rent an episode to try it out
Why do you love on-demand programming? Let us know in the comments!

I love On Demand because I really hate going to the video store... I mean really REALLY hate it. On Demand is cheaper and I never have to leave my couch or feel pressured to buy $5 packs of Twizzlers.

On Demand programming is simply fantastic and awesome. It has many great new features
like we do not have to rent a movie. All latest movies are available on it.We can just discover new series and revive the old ones.It has so less commercials so it is a best thing to get rid of unwanted
commercials.

Yeah, Allen, going to the video store is usually a deal breaker for me, unless I'm really dying to see something. I've never actually tried On Demand content myself, though I find myself sorely tempted given Netflix streaming's lack of titles. Great service, just needs more stuff.

I just started using On Demand only recently and sort of feel foolish for not using it before. I used to scroll the movie channels for an upcoming movie i wanted to watch, set it to record on the DVR and then watch it several days later (if i remembered). I didn't realize until recently that current movies that month, as well as past ones, are available anytime i want. Who knew it could pay off being bored one night looking through the menu functions of my TV service.
