1. About the sweepstakes; Eligibility. The iPod Touch Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to individuals who maintain their principal legal residence in the United States of America and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. Employees and agents of WHITEFENCE ("Sponsor") and any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration or fulfillment of the sweepstakes (all of the foregoing, together with sponsor, collectively referred to as "promotion entities"), and the immediate family members and persons living in the same household as such individuals, are not eligible to enter or win.
2. How to Enter. To enter, fill out a survey located at ChangeOfAddressForm.com. Limit one entry per person. To be eligible for a prize, all online entries must be received by the sponsor no later than September 30, 2008. Third party, unintelligible, incomplete or garbled entries will be disqualified. All Online Entries become the property of sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned. Entrants may not enter with multiple e-mail addresses nor may entrants use any other device to enter multiple times or as multiple entrants.
3. Conduct. These official rules will be available online throughout the sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these official rules may result in disqualification from the sweepstakes in the sole discretion of sponsor. Entrants further agree to comply with and be bound by the decisions of the judge, which will be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute color, size, options and model based on availability at the time of a prize being awarded.
