How to Add an Email Address to your Safe Senders' List
To ensure that your WhiteFence emails are always delivered to your inbox, log in to your email now and follow the steps below to add WhiteFence to your address book, contact list or safe senders list.
Gmail
New Subscribers:
Please add our From address, WhiteFence@whitefence-email.com to your Gmail Contacts List:
Click "Contacts" along the left side of any Gmail page.
Click "Add Contact".
Copy and paste our "From" address, "WhiteFence@whitefence-email.com", into the primary email address dialog box.
Click "Save".
Existing Subscribers:
How to check if our email and/or email and/or newsletter is in the "Spam" folder:
Click "Spam" along the left side of any Gmail page.
If you see any WhiteFence emails listed, check the box next to the email.
Click the "Not Spam" button along the top.
Windows Live Hotmail
New Subscribers
To add us to your Safe Senders list:
Open your mailbox and click "Options" (upper right hand corner).
Click the "Safe and Blocked Senders" link under "Prevening Junk Email".
Select the "Safe Senders" link (second from bottom).
Copy and paste "WhiteFence@whitefence-email.com" into the textbox titled "Sender or Domain to Mark as Safe".
Click the "Add to list" button next to the textbox.
Existing Subscribers:
If our email and/or newsletter is in your "Junk Email Folder", open the email and click the "Not Junk" button.
Check to see if our email address is in your "Blocked Senders" list by going to Options>Safe and Blocked Senders>Block Senders. If you see "WhiteFence@whitefence-email.com" in this list on the right, select it and click the "Remove from List" button.
If you have not done so, add our "from" address (for example: WhiteFence@whitefence-email.com.com) to your Safe Senders list as described above.

New Subscribers:
You will need to set up a filter to redirect our emails and/or newsletters into your inbox:
Open your inbox and click on "Options" tab.
Select Filters (left column).
Click the "Add" button on the filters page.
Enter a Filter Name you'd like.
Update the "Sender" rule with the following two pieces of information: "contains" and "@whitefence-email.com".
Under "Then deliver the email to the following folder" pull-down menu, select "Inbox".
Click "Add" button.
Existing Subscribers:
If our emails and/or newsletters are ending up in your "Spam" folder, open the email and click the "Not Spam" button.
Finally, please set up a filter as outlined above.
