1. About The Sweepstakes; Eligibility. The iPod Nano Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to individuals who maintain their principal legal residence in the United States of America and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. Employees and agents of Qcorps Residential, Inc., DBA WHITEFENCE ("Sponsor") and any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes (all of the foregoing, together with Sponsor, collectively referred to as "Promotion Entities"), and the immediate family members and persons living in the same household as such individuals, are not eligible to enter or win.

2. How To Enter. To enter, complete a survey located at SCE.com (individually, an “Online Entry” and collectively, “Online Entries”). Only completed surveys are eligible. Limit one entry per person. To be eligible for a Prize, all Online Entries must be received by the Sponsor no later than Dec 31, 2006. Third party, unintelligible, incomplete, or garbled entries will be disqualified. All Online Entries become the property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned. Entrants may not enter with multiple e-mail addresses nor may entrants use any other device to enter multiple times or as multiple entrants.

3. Conduct. These Official Rules will be available online at http://www.whitefenceshop.com/utilities/socaled/turnonsce/surveyrules.html throughout the Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Entrants further agree to comply with and be bound by the decisions of the judge, which will be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be: (a) tampering or attempting to tamper with the operation of the Sweepstakes; or (b) violating the Official Rules.

4. Prizes. One winner will receive a 4 GB Apple iPod® Nano (the "Prize"). The approximate retail value of the Prize is $250. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute color, size, options and model based on availability at the time of a Prize being awarded. The Prize does not include taxes (sales, luxury, and otherwise), insurance, personal expenses or any other item not specifically described in these Official Rules, all of which shall be the sole responsibility of the winner of the Prize. If a winner does not qualify for the Prize and/or satisfy verification procedures, the Prize may not be awarded. The Prize may not be transferred or assigned except by Sponsor. Only the Prize will be awarded and no substitutions, cash equivalents or redemptions will be made, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute another prize of equal or greater value, or cash, in its sole discretion. Reporting and payment of all applicable taxes, fees, and/or surcharges, if any, arising out of, or resulting from, acceptance or use of the Prize, is the sole responsibility of the Prize winner. The Promotion Entities expressly disclaim any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating, directly or indirectly, to the Prize or the use thereof. The Promotion Entities make no representations or warranties concerning the appearance, safety, specifications or performance of any Prize awarded.

5. Winner Selection and Notification. The potential Prize winner will be selected by random drawing by the Sponsor on or about June 30, 2006 from among all eligible Online Entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Online Entries received. The potential winner will be required to sign and return a notarize Affidavit of Eligibility and Release. The potential winner must return all required documents within ten (10) days following the date such documents are emailed to the potential winner, or such potential winner's Prize may be forfeited. Return of email as undeliverable or the inability of the Promotion Entities to contact a potential winner may result in disqualification and, at Sponsor's option, the selection of an alternate winner by random drawing. The Prize will be mailed by Sponsor via U.S. mail after review and acceptance of all required documents and information.

6. General Conditions; Indemnification; Publicity. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the United States of America. Entrants and Sponsor agree and consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in Harris County, Texas for the resolution of all disputes relating to the Sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants: (a) release, indemnify and hold harmless the Promotion Entities, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, managers, members, employees, agents and representatives from and against any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to persons, including death, or property damage resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a Prize or participation in the Sweepstakes, and (b) grant to the Promotion Entities the right to use and publish their proper name and city of residence online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the Sweepstakes. A winner's acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for the Promotion Entities to use such winner's name, address (city and state only), statements, photograph, voice and/or likeness for any trade, advertising, promotional or other purposes relating to the Sweepstakes and/or the Sponsor without further compensation, consideration, review or consent.

7. Limitations of Liability. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, disqualification of one or more of the participants or any other causes beyond the control of the Promotion Entities which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and/or select winners from among that portion of the Sweepstakes that has not been compromised, if any. Sponsor is not responsible for computer-system, phone-line, hardware, software, or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures, or delays in computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes should a virus, bug, or any other cause beyond the control of the Sponsor corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an Online Entry, the entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider or other organization.
