Moving Center Designed to Reduce Stress and Inconvenience
Associated with Relocation

Houston, TX - August 20, 2003 - Qcorps Residential, Inc., developer of the Resident Connection Service Network, today announced a 3-year exclusive, sole source Channel Partner agreement with the National Military Family Association (NMFA), a national organization dedicated to identifying and resolving issues of concern to military families. Financial terms were not disclosed.

NMFA said its members would now be able to access Qcorps’ Resident Connection Service Network through the newly created NMFA Moving Center at www.nmfa.org. Using this service, military servicemen and their families will be able to greatly reduce the stress and inconvenience of frequent relocations by comparison shopping and directly purchasing telecommunications and other household-related services conveniently online. Members can now set up all of their household services at any time of day in 10 to 15 minutes - less time than they would typically spend waiting on hold for a single service.

“We are constantly looking at innovative ways to support our membership, and we are proud of our accomplishments in this area,” said Barbara Lee Williams, President of National Military Family Association. “The NMFA Moving Center is another example of the benefit we provide and will significantly improve the relocation experience of active and retired military personnel and their families.”

As a private label Channel Partner, the NMFA has tailored the Moving Center to best serve the needs of its membership. Users can now compare offerings from a broad range of service providers to select and manage change of address forms; local and long distance telephone service; cable and satellite television; high-speed internet access; newspaper and magazine subscriptions; moving arrangements; storage; furniture and appliance rental; and more. The streamlined process also eliminates the need to reenter applicant information.

“We are very pleased that we have been chosen by the NMFA to provide this valuable service to its constituents, and greatly admire the work that the organization has done to further the rights and benefits of military families,” said John W. Meyers, Chairman and CEO of Qcorps. “In selecting Qcorps, the NMFA joins over 250 of the largest U.S. multifamily owners and managers, real estate brokers, title companies, relocation companies, and others, who have recognized the obvious advantages that our Resident Connection Service Network offers.”

“The stress of frequent relocations on military families is well documented,” said Ms. Williams. “Something as simple as arriving to find a working telephone can really help to make unfamiliar surroundings feel like home.”

About NMFA:

The mission of NMFA is to serve the families of the seven uniformed services through education, information and advocacy. Since 1969, NMFA has been dedicated solely to serving the “military family.” NMFA is proud of a solid reputation of service and boasts of accomplishments in areas that matter to those the Association serves. Improvements in medical and dental benefits, dependent education, retiree and survivor benefits, relocation, and spousal employment are proof that the hard work and persistence of military families, volunteers and a small headquarters staff can make a difference.

NMFA’s member base includes families from all ranks of the seven uniformed services. NMFA gathers valuable information from their volunteer representative force which is used to develop programs to educate the public, the military community, and the Congress about the unique challenges of being a military family.

NMFA studies issues, testifies before Congressional committees, works with Congressional staffs and represents NMFA on subcommittees of the DoD Office of Family Policy and on councils for the Department of Defense Dependents Schools (DoDDS). More than 140 NMFA volunteer Representatives in the field extend its presence worldwide.

To remain non-partisan and focused on families, NMFA does not seek nor does it accept any government funding. As a 501(c)(3), non-profit Association, its primary financial support comes from charitable contributions from individuals, spouse and other clubs, corporations, and the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC). With NMFA's tremendous volunteer force, the Association is able to dedicate a remarkable 90+% of its financial resources directly toward efforts to improve the quality of life for the uniformed services’ families.

NMFA understands the unique dynamics of the uniformed services’ family. For nearly 35 years these families have been its sole focus. A Voice must stand up and represent uniformed service members and their families - NMFA is proud to be that Voice!
