ROUTER/MODEM – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Purchase and activate a Qualifying Service and qualify for a rebate for the purchase price of the wireless router and/or modem (excluding shipping and handling), subject to all terms and conditions.
ELIGIBILITY OF SERVICE:
“Qualifying Service” means a “new” residential Comcast High speed Internet service which is ordered through a WhiteFence, Inc. (“WhiteFence”) website or call center and is activated by Comcast within thirty (30) days of the order date. To be “new” the customer shall not have had the same service as the Qualifying Service at the same address in the prior ninety (90) days.
RESTRICTIONS:
This offer is limited to “new” end-user residential customers who are residents of the fifty (50) United States, over eighteen (18) years of age, and able to contract in their own name. Reseller, governmental, institutional, non-profit organizational and business purchases do not qualify. This offer is valid only while supplies last and is limited to one router and/or modem submission per person, per product, receipt, household, family or address. Qualifying Service must be activated and account must be in good standing for a minimum of ninety (90) days. Router and/or modem orders must be purchased within seven (7) calendar days from the date of the purchase of a Qualifying Service. Router and/or modem orders may not be cancelled and are subject to return only. Any changes to the order as placed, within the ninety (90) day minimum time period, may negate the eligibility of the rebate.
CLAIM PROCEDURES:
Claims must be submitted via mail and postmarked no later than ninety (90) days of the date of purchase of Qualifying Service or rebate is null and void. Submit the original redemption form completely filled out, a copy of the Qualifying Service order confirmation, a copy of all pages of your first two (2) month’s bills reflecting activation and continuation of the Qualifying Service, and original UPC labels from all router and/or modem product boxes. The UPC labels must include part numbers with bar codes, serial numbers with bar codes and product descriptions. Mail to WhiteFence Mail-In Rebate, Promotion Dept. 13-73141, P.O. This offer is not available directly from Comcast. The rebate is issued in the form of a WhiteFence Visa® Prepaid Card. The WhiteFence Visa® Prepaid Card is not redeemable for cash or usable at any ATM. Terms and conditions apply to the card. The WhiteFence Visa® Prepaid Card is issued by MetaBank™, Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. WhiteFence reserves the right to substitute a check of equal value in lieu of a prepaid card in its discretion. This offer is only valid with purchase of a Qualifying Service on or after July 19, 2013. Offer expires December 31, 2013. Submission mailing address must be the same as the address receiving a Qualifying Service. Mail that is lost, damaged, late, misdirected, or postage-due is not the responsibility of WhiteFence. Submission rights cannot be transferred, and this offer is void in CT, RI, and where otherwise taxed, licensed, restricted or prohibited by law. This offer is valid in the United States only, excluding Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and all other U.S. Territories. Keep copies of all materials submitted. Originals become the property of WhiteFence and will not be returned. Invalid submissions become the property of WhiteFence and will not be returned. WhiteFence reserves the right to request additional information regarding submissions, making them subject to review under US Postal regulations. Fraudulent submissions of multiple requests could result in federal prosecution under the U.S. Mail Fraud Statutes (18 USC, Section 1341 and 1342). Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide for mail forwarding in the event of a change of address. WhiteFence is not responsible for lost, stolen or fraudulent use of prepaid cards. If the Qualifying Service is cancelled or the account for the Qualifying Service is not in good standing before the ninety (90) day minimum period, or the non-defective product has been returned for a refund, and the rebate has been redeemed, WhiteFence reserves the right to cancel the prepaid card issued to you and/or recover the full dollar amount of the prepaid card. WhiteFence reserves the right to cancel or change the terms and conditions or end the offer at any time without advance notice. All rights reserved.
ROUTER/MODEM PRODUCT CANCELLATIONS:
You may cancel a router and/or modem product order after it is placed during regular business hours through the next calendar day following the date the order was placed (or the subsequent calendar day if such deadline falls on a holiday and customer service is closed) to avoid any cancellation fees and receive a credit in the form of a check or original form of payment for the purchase price of the product(s). Any cancellations outside of this timeframe are subject to a cancellation fee of $30.00 per product. In order to cancel an order, contact 866-803-6623 and submit all required information. Credits will be processed within 48-72 hours after the order cancellation has been received by WhiteFence. Credits may take longer to appear, depending on your bank or credit card issuer. Cancellations outside of these requirements may be accepted at WhiteFence’s sole discretion.
ROUTER/MODEM PRODUCT RETURNS:
You may return a non-defective product to WhiteFence within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery of the product to you and receive a credit in the form of a check or original form of payment for the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling), subject to a restocking fee of $25.00 per product. In order to return a product, contact 866-803-6623 and request a return merchandise authorization form and return authorization number (RAN). Send the unopened, unused product(s) along with a copy of the completed return merchandise authorization form to Returns C/O WhiteFence at 5670 Guhn Rd, Suite 200, Houston, Texas 77040. Returns will be processed within 6-8 weeks. Returns outside of these requirements may be accepted at WhiteFence’s sole discretion.
