With WhiteFence, you have a choice between several cable and satellite television providers, from Time Warner Cable to DIRECTV. Once you have ordered television service and the service has started, all correspondence about your cable or satellite service should be made directly with your cable or satellite service provider.

When you need to pay your first bill for a service you signed up for with WhiteFence, you should receive a bill in the mail from the television provider that you selected. If you do not receive your bill in a timely manner or if you have questions about your bill, please contact your cable provider directly.
