CBS suing Howard Stern and Sirius

CBS Radio is getting back at Howard Stern's almost two years of promoting Sirius Satellite Radio while the radio personality was still employed by CBS Radio. CBS Radio filed a suit with the Supreme Court of New York for at least $400 million in damages.
