Sirius' response to CBS Radio's lawsuit

As you know from my earlier post, CBS Radio is suing Sirius, Howard Stern and others. Not surprisingly, Sirius has something to say about that.

A spokesperson for the satellite radio provider said on Wednesday the suit has no merit and that Sirius will "vigorously defend" itself against the suit. The spokesperson also assured that nothing in the lawsuit would interfere with Stern's contract with Sirius.
