TiVo Wins Again

In the ring you see two weary and bruised competitors, TiVo and EchoStar. They've been locked in a cage match for about three years now over a patent infringement.

EchoStar, on the other hand, claims they had their engineers design their technology around TiVo's patent so they wouldn't be in violation.

So in this second court hearing a judge has yet again ruled in favor of TiVo. To read more about this topic visit BusinessWeek.
