Hard date set for digital TV switch

By February 17, 2009, you will be watching digital TV, whether you like it or not. Congress signed a bill last week that put a hard date on when all analog channels would be switched off. Congress has put aside $1.5 billion to make sure no one is unable to watch their TV; they will spend the money on set top boxes or other devices to make sure everyone can receive the digital signal.
