Verizon speeding cable decisions

Verizon is trying to speed cable decisions in the state of Massachusetts. Verizon says that municipalities are taking overlong to decide whether to allow Verizon the right to sell their FiOS TV. Verizon hopes that state officials will okay a proposal that requires the municipalities to decide on Verizon's application within 90 days.
