I found a good article in PC World about VoIP providers. If you are interested in the benefits of VoIP, you should check out James A. Martin's article VoIP Alternatives. In this weeks article Martin focuses on Skype, but next week he will continue his look into VoIP by writing about services that offer unified messaging - as in voice, e-mail, and fax in all one place.
