In their July 13 meeting, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is expected to vote on the Adelphia deal. Since the commissioners wouldn't have added it to the agenda if there weren't enough votes to okay the deal, it is expected that the FCC will approve the Adelphia deal at this time.
What we don't know is what conditions the FCC will place on the deal. You can check out this article to read about one of the possible conditions on the Adelphia deal that the FCC might add. It will definitely be something to look into on July 13.
