Last week, EMBARQ launched EMBARQ Together Phone PaQ(SM), a service bundle that includes a new integrated voicemail service making it easier for customers to use their home and wireless phones to stay connected and keep informed.
A key feature this new bundle is EMBARQ(TM) One Voicemail. This allows customers who have both a home phone and wireless phone to retrieve all of their voicemail messages from one mailbox, eliminating the need to check multiple voicemail boxes. Customers are notified on both devices when they have a message and can listen to their messages on either.
In addition to EMBARQ(TM) One Voicemail, the EMBARQ Together Phone PaQ(SM) has several other distinctive features including free calling to the home phone from your wireless phone, a combined home phone and wireless bill and a single customer service number for both services. The most popular calling features currently on the market are also part of the bundle, including Caller ID, Call Waiting and Call Forwarding with the option to add picture mail, more text messaging and Internet access for an additional monthly charge.
