Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to graphics designers for incorporating and managing dynamic content for web sites.
- Responsible for the successful implementation of server and client-side scripting on all WhiteFence web sites
- Communicate ideas and brainstorms with graphics designers to produce top-notch, high quality web sites.
- Communicate ideas and brainstorms with web development team to produce reusable, dynamic and flexible components for use across all WhiteFence web sites
- Assist in implementing marketing projects in keeping with the company’s marketing strategy
- Act as primary liason between the design and development teams
Requirements
- 3+ years work experience in dynamic web site design and implementation
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of semantic XHTML, CSS2/3, and other web technologies
- 2+ years of PHP, Python, Ruby or other server-side scripting language
- 2+ years of Javascript (AJAX) and consuming web services
- 1+ year of experience using Django, Zend, or object-oriented programming
- Experience with designing online transactions, such as e-commerce, lead generation other transactional experience
- Excellent written/verbal communication and writing skills
- Must posses strong conceptualization and production skills
- Diligent work ethic and high energy level
- No travel required
