Outbound Customer Service Representative

We are presently seeking an Outbound Customer Service Representative. The Outbound representative will solicit orders for products and services, collect, manage and maintain call data, and conduct follow-up calls.  In this role the agent will contact individuals to help push orders through the sales process.

 

Responsibilities

 

·         Contact individuals by phone to help push orders through to completion

·         Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase products and services

·         Accurately enter and maintain records of telephone interactions

 

Requirements

 

·         High School diploma

·         1+ years of outbound customer experience

·         Knowledge of Sales/Customer Service principles and methods

·         Ability to understand the customer’s needs and educate the customer about our

                    products

·         Excellent communication skills – written and verbal

·         Strong multi-tasking and problem solving skills

·         Excellent PC skills

·         Ability to work independently

·         Detail oriented, reliable and resourceful

·         Punctual, regular and consistent attendance
