As most companies now do, Windstream offers a paperless billing option. By logging into the Windstream website, you can view your bill in its entirety and also have the option to pay it online. You can choose between making a one-time payment, or setting up a recurring payment schedule using your credit card, debit card or bank account. Setting up an online account is a relatively easy process that lets you simplify your monthly bills.

Step 1

Visit the Windstream user registration website, listed in the "Resources" section below. Have your first monthly paper billing statement ready.

Step 2

Enter your account number and your user PIN into the corresponding boxes on the website. Both of these numbers are found on your paper bill if you are a new customer. Existing customers must call 1-877-807-WIND to get a PIN.

Step 3

Enter the numbers and click the "Continue" button below the boxes. Set up your user name and password, and enter other personal identification information that is requested.

Step 4

Visit the Windstream user log-in page, listed below in the "Resources" section below, when registration is finished. Log in with the user name and password that you set up.

Step 5

View your online bill and account after you are logged in. Choose your payment method and enter your information to pay your Windstream bill online.

Step 6

Print your payment verification when payment is completed. Log out of your Windstream account.
