WhiteFence, one of the fastest growing companies in Houston, currently has an exciting opportunity for a motivated, business-focused, service-minded individual to join our dynamic company as a Business Process & Reconciliation Analyst. In this role you will be responsible for analyzing and managing the business process surrounding order/lead generation, order fulfillment, and payment reconciliation for specific clients. You are also tasked with developing and implementing action plans based upon in depth analysis of those clients.
Responsibilities
· Manage accounts to maximize process efficiencies, order validation, and payment reconciliation processes
· Perform data/process analysis, then develop and implement action plans based on that analysis
· Understand all aspects surrounding Order/Lead Generation, Order Processing, Payment Terms, and Appeals
· Responsible for identifying trends and discrepancies in Provider Commission Payments, then taking steps to improve those trends and resolve issues
· Tasked with reporting on and keeping in compliance with provider terms and appeals processes surrounding commission
· Meet with clients and partners to provide feedback and direction when necessary
Requirements
- Bachelors degree from a certified university
- Motivated, self-starter that is capable of completing projects with little supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage time and prioritize projects; attention to detail is critical
- Strong analytic reasoning; Experience with Data Analysis, Business Planning, and Executive Summary is essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint)
