WhiteFence, one of the fastest growing companies in Houston, currently has an exciting opportunity for a motivated, business-focused, service-minded individual to join our dynamic company as a Marketing Optimization Analyst. The Marketing Optimization Analyst works internally with the technology, account management, and senior management teams, and externally with our service providers and channel partners to sell utilities on our network of websites. The Marketing Optimization Analyst is responsible for many of the company’s merchandizing efforts: the presentation of the offerings, user experience of the online buy-flow, and optimization of the customer experience. These goals are accomplished through internal applications that allow the Marketing Optimization Analyst to update plans and promotions, critically analyze sales trends, and cross-sell customers into complimentary products. Marketing Optimization Analysts need to be flexible to work in a dynamic environment, driven to execute effectively, and creative to continuously improve the user experience. This entry level position offers the opportunity to learn the business from the foundation and contribute on a meaningful level.
Responsibilities
· Presenting the services in a way that maximizes the customer’s user experience
· Analyzing invoice order data, order volume and user behavior to determine potential revenue opportunities and points of optimization
· Implementing buy-flow enhancements and analyzing their effects on order volume, site conversion, and invoice rates
· Meeting with clients to collaborate on best practices for online merchandizing
· Working closely with our technical team to improve and maintain offering data
Requirements
- College degree in marketing, MIS, or communications preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
