Our service providers have agreed to provide you with a Best
Price Guarantee for products and services offered on the WhiteFence
Network. This means that the prices published by service providers
on this site will not exceed their published prices for services
and products generally available to customers at your particular
residence when ordering those same services and products online
or by telephone.
If you purchase any service or product through the WhiteFence
Network for a price which is greater than its published price
(as described above) at the time you made your purchase (including
all the same terms and conditions), then please notify us by email
at customerservice@whitefence.com stating the name of the service
provider and the product or service, along with the location or
method by which you were able to purchase the product or service
at a better price. We will promptly contact your service provider
and keep you advised regarding the status of your claim. If you
are entitled to a match in price, we will notify you as to when
you will receive your refund, account adjustment, or other award.
Our Best Price Guarantee only applies to services and products
sold by our service providers. It does not apply to the same or
similar services and products offered by resellers or other third
parties, nor does it apply to special offers or price discounts
that are not generally available in your particular area when
ordering online or by telephone, whether provided through direct
mailings, field representatives or agents of any service provider.
