EchoStar profits down due to TiVo suit

According to an article in BusinessWeek, EchoStar's Q1 net income fell more than 50 percent due to the $74 million settlement with TiVo that I had posted about a few weeks back. EchoStar also reported a slowdown in new users, which EchoStar ascribed to increased competition.
