The Operations Analyst works with our providers and partners to gather pertinent data and present it on our system so that the customer can enter any of our sites to view and order the best services for their home. The analyst utilizes our internal applications to present the data according to ecommerce best practices and has the opportunity to present their own creative ideas regarding presentation. This entry level position offers the opportunity to learn the business from the foundation and contribute on a meaningful level.

Responsibilities

• Presenting the service in a way that maximizes the customer's user experience
• Analyzing data, order volume and user behavior to determine potential opportunities
• Implementing and analyzing site enhancements and effects on conversion
• Meeting with clients to present modifications, findings, and best practices

Requirements

• College degree in marketing, finance, accounting, MIS, or communications preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to manage time and prioritize projects based on importance and urgency
