Responsibilities
· Manage accounts to maximize process efficiencies and effect change when needed.
· Perform data / process analysis, and then implement action plans based on that analysis.
· Conduct payment reconciliation and dispute resolution to ensure accuracy.
· Maximize customer experience by generating better processes and procedures.
· Meet with providers and partners to provide feedback and direction when necessary.
· Conduct demonstrations on best practices and utilization of WhiteFence applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or other business discipline
- Motivated, self-starter that is capable of completing projects with little supervision
- Excellent time-management and orientation to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in Sales, Retail, Customer Service, or Recruiting a plus
