City Highlight: Moving to Chicago
Over the last few months, we've incorporated a variety of unique topics and features into the blog, including WhiteFence 101 tutorials, FAQs, and Provider Highlights. One of the new things that we want to start doing is highlighting specific cities around the country, and show what deals are available for each of them. This should be of great use to anyone moving to that area or even people that already live there and want to save some money on monthly bills.
Our first city on the list? Chicago. I admittedly don't know much about Chicago, but I have friends that live there or are from there, and they seem to be mostly alright people, minus that bizarre love of socks, bear-like animals and bulls. But regardless of whether or not I've been there or understand their fascinations, I've been able to do some digging around inside the WhiteFence engine to find some great deals for Chicagoans.
If you live around the area, you'll definitely want to check these out and see where you can cut some spending out of your expenses.
Bundles
- AT&T; is offering a bundle of all three services for as low as $71.33. That includes TV service from DIRECTV, high-speed Internet and home phone. The low price means you can save up to $400 over time.
High-Speed Internet
- AT&T; has a special low price for all high-speed packages at the moment of $24.95 per month. That's a great deal, especially if you are looking for something over 3.0 Mbps or more.
- RCN is offering high-speed Internet starting at just $29.99 for 1.5 Mbps.
TV
- DIRECTV is running a deal to get their most popular Choice XTRA™ package, which comes with over 200 channels, for a price of only $34.99.
Home Phone
- Comcast Digital Voice® features unlimited local and long distance calling, and is priced at just $19.99.
So, if you live in or around the Chicago area, do yourself and your wallet a favor, and be sure to enter your address with WhiteFence to find superior savings. These packages were found through a few specific zip codes, so you might not find the exact same deals at your address, but the chances are high that you will find things that will save you money nonetheless.
