Understanding your utility bills

As I wrote about in an earlier post titled What's in your phone bill?, the Virginian-Pilot was doing a good series of articles on understanding your utility bills. They recently finished out the series with articles on cable and high speed Internet. The author explains some of the fee lingo commonly found on cable and high speed Internet bills in Virginia.
