Account Executive-Channel Partners

WhiteFence, one of the fastest-growing companies in Houston, currently has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our fast-paced company as an Account Executive- Channel Partners.  In this role you are responsible for maintaining consistent and productive communication with key clients in order to generate order placement and revenue creation of Channel Partners.

 

Responsibilities include product line management, analyzing and modeling potential outcomes, reporting task/project status, accurate forecasting and responding to the day-to-day issues or needs of assigned partners.  Success will be measured on the ability to balance between partner needs and WhiteFence’s ability to optimize product and channel offerings.  Metrics will include volume of shoppers, users, placed orders, accepted orders, conversion percentage, and revenue performance by each channel partner.  Individual will also be measured on the statistics around shrinkage/breakage and order processing efficiencies.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Handle all partner relations:  assist in contract negotiations, process management, sales development, and maximization of net revenue for WhiteFence.
  • Analyze market statistics, customer information, and competitor data/services to formulate effective relationship building strategies and identify new revenue opportunities among existing accounts
  • Monitor assigned account activity to ensure the relationships are profitable and amicable
  • Responsible for guiding the development of programs, training, sales tools, scripts and plans to enable the call center and other sales channels to optimize and maximize net revenue with regard to telecommunications and other related products
  • Focus on driving partner market share through channel growth, call center optimization, and back-end process improvement
  • Collaborate with other team members to develop content for regular, formal written communications delivered to contacts at all levels of client organizations
  • Consistently meet or exceed Sales Revenue Objectives

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 3+ years Sales & Account Management Experience
  • 2+ years of experience with overall ecommerce, online industry preferred
  • Experience with affiliate networks preferred
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize projects based on importance and urgency
  • Excellent problem solving skills, analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong team-building and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to work closely with all levels of the organization
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, and ad hoc reporting software

 

* Travel will be required for certain client meetings and presentation, not likely to exceed 10%
