Verizon offers wireless customers convenient online access to account information through My Verizon (verizonwireless.com). Account holders can view, analyze, print and pay bills electronically. Available account information includes monthly service charges and recent payments, as well as usage details for phone, messaging and data services. Register and sign in to My Verizon to check your wireless bill easily with online access.
Step 1
Register for online access to My Verizon by entering your cell phone number, account security code and email address. Create a user ID and password.
Step 2
Sign on to My Verizon with your user ID and password. Click on "View Bill" under the "My Bill" heading to access your account billing information.
Step 3
View the bill for the current billing period or enter a new date in the appropriate field to view a previous bill within the last 12 months.
Step 4
Click on the "Bill Summary" tab to view the previous balance, recent payments, monthly access charges, usage charges and Verizon or government surcharges. Total current charges and their date due are also listed here.
Step 5
Select the "Charge Details" tab to view the breakdown of your current charges, including monthly service fee, any overage charges, data access charges and other features such as ringtones, downloads or charges for any changes you have made to your plan.
Step 6
Click on the "Usage Details" tab to view details of your phone usage such as the phone number of incoming or outgoing calls, calls made while roaming, call durations and applicable charges. Specify the phone number you wish to view if you are enrolled in the Family Share plan.
Step 7
Utilize the question mark icon located next headings and the explanation of charges link provided in the "Bill Summary" tab to find out more about the charges incurred.
Step 8
Select "Analyze Usage" from the menu on the right side of the "My Bill" page to filter calls within a billing period by specific categories, such as the most expensive calls or most frequently called numbers.
