Brian S. Atlas, Chairman, has over 27 years experience building businesses based upon execution and customer service in the multi-family residential industry. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Atlas Air Conditioning, Co., an operating division of Comfort Systems USA, Inc., a publicly traded company of which he was a founder. Mr. Atlas served on the Board of Directors of Comfort Systems USA and was Regional Director of the Southern Region. Mr. Atlas and his brother Michael D. Atlas built Atlas Air Conditioning into a thriving national business by providing reliable, high quality service. Under their leadership, Atlas Air Conditioning became a top revenue and income producing business among the 100 operating companies within Comfort Systems USA, and the Southern Region achieved the highest growth and top performance status in 1998 and 1999. Under their leadership, Atlas Air Conditioning developed an innovative heating system for apartment units that is now the industry standard throughout the northeastern United States. Mr. Atlas earned his BA in Business from the University of Texas at Austin.

Arthur J. Maxwell, Chief Executive Officer and Director, Arthur Maxwell is Founder, President and Chairman of Affordable Interior Systems, Inc. one of the largest business furniture manufactures in the United States. The Massachusetts based company was founded in 1989, sold to a fortune 500 company in 1996 and reacquired in 1999. Affordable is the recipient of the 2003 SHINGO award, which is referred to as the Nobel Prize of manufacturing. Maxwell has remained active with the company through its 15 year history. Mr. Maxwell was formally, the managing General Partner of AIS Venture Fund LP a multifaceted investment vehicle. He holds positions with USOP REALTY GROUP, LLC, HARWICH ONE LLC, COMAX PARTNERS, AIS FUNDING LLC, and AIS EQUITY HOLDINGS, LLC. In 1998 Maxwell completed the successful sale of Sovereign Capital Corporation which focused on Real Estate Development and Mortgage backed securities. Maxwell has served on the Board of Directors of publicly traded US Technologies, an incubator of early stage technology ventures, as well as Kruger Brent, S. A., a multinational holding company headquartered in Luxembourg with Executive offices in Switzerland. In 2004, Maxwell led the buy out of Pearl Street Capital Group, a new asset class focused on liquidity for the private equity space and leverage in the sub debt investment category. He currently serves as an active advisor to a handful of early and medium stage enterprises. Maxwell attended Boston College from 1976-1979 where he majored in Political Science and Economics. He resides in Sudbury, MA, with his wife and three daughters.

Eric Greenberg, Director, is currently President and Chief Executive Officer of Innovation Investments, LLC, a diversified investment holding company. Most recently he was Founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer of Acumen Sciences, LLC, and of the Acumen Journal of Sciences. In April 2000, Eric founded Twelve Entrepreneuring Inc., a technology operating company, and served as its Co-Chairman and Co-CEO until ecember 2000, when he became its Chairman Emeritus. Eric was the Founder of Scient (SCNT), a professional services firm focused on e-business and emerging technology, and served as its President and CEO from October 1997 through February 1998, and as its Chairman from October 1997 through March 2000. In 1996, prior to founding Scient, he was Founder, Chairman and CEO of Viant (VIAN), an Internet systems integrator. Before that, he held various positions at Gartner Group, a technology market research company, from 1992 through 1995, most recently as Vice President. He previously served as a management consultant with Price Waterhouse and Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). Eric holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin . Eric currently serves on the Board of Directors of Alterlayer, Propel, Words Can Heal, and the Shoah Foundation.

Joel Katz, Director, is the immediate past Chairman of the American Bar Association's Entertainment & Sports Law Section, and is widely recognized as a leader in the Entertainment field. He represents many Fortune 500 companies, over 50 artists and many of the world's best-known producers, record labels, and concert promoters. He has significant experience negotiating complex entertainment and financial arrangements, including a multi-year television "Awards Show" contract for a national non-profit entertainment company, a "Grammy CD" compilation arrangement between "Big 6" record companies and a non-profit entertainment company, and many contracts between music superstars and recording companies. Susan A. Mathews, Director, has had a distinguished career in enterprise software development. She currently serves as a General Partner of InfoMatrix, a well-respected technology consulting firm providing service in the telecommunications and broadband industries. As the former Chairman of US Computer Services and the chief product developer for CableData, a leading provider of convergent OSS software, she did pioneering work in large scale distributed software development leading to systems servicing over 35 million broadband and telephony subscribers domestically and internationally. Ms. Mathews has a passion for the end user point of view in large scale software development, and remains a certified developer in C++ and Java as a complement to her executive positions. In addition to other business and philanthropic interests, she also serves on the Board of Visitors for the University of California Davis School of Medicine.
