Client Communications Specialist

WhiteFence, one of the fastest-growing companies in Houston, currently has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated, service-minded individual to join our fast-paced company as an Client Communications Specialist.  In this role, you are responsible for the promotion and training of the WhiteFence resident connection services to existing multi-family partners by implementing processes and initiatives in order to increase sales and portfolio usage  for each assigned partner.

 

This is a part-time position, not to exceed 30 hours per week.  There will be flexibility with which days/hours worked.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Account Management:  Ensure client promotion of the resident connection services by all multi-family agents; answer all questions/concerns associated with resident connection center; interact with all partners to ensure sufficient access to all reporting metrics; research existing issues and develop ideas for improvement; maintain positive relationships with all multi-family partners.
  • Training and Product Launches:  Maintain and update all training materials as needed; assist with creation of collateral and partner communications;  assist with all training events/sessions which includes some onsite visits and web based trainings.
  • Partner Performance:  Develop and maintain sales targets based on current portfolio usage, performance reports, and order volume data; implement strategies to maximize usage, gross and net order volume, net revenue and profitability; assist in development/implementation/tracking of incentives; identify areas in which agents need re-engagement; review partner sales reports weekly.
  • Analysis and Reporting:  Coordinate and assist in monthly partner usage by property for internal and external distribution; receive, monitor and analyze all partner reporting by property; retrieve, monitor and analyze all relevant internal sales and reporting; assist in the optimization and development of the reporting tools required to manage all key performance metrics.
  • Miscellaneous:  Miscellaneous projects may be assigned at the discretion of your manager.

 

Requirements

 

  • Associates degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in the Multi-family industry
  • 2 years sales/account management experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite- Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal written communication skills
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to think outside of the box and execute new strategies effectively
  • Excellent problem solving and logic skills

 

* Travel will be required to Dallas, not likely to exceed 10%
