WhiteFence, one of the fastest growing companies in Houston, currently has an exciting opportunity for a motivated, business-focused, service-minded individual to join our dynamic company as a Conversion Optimization Analyst. The Conversion Optimization Analyst works with our service providers and channel partners to gather pertinent data and present it on our system so that the customer can easily find and order all the best home services available at their residence. The analyst utilizes our internal applications and works closely with our technical team to present the data according to ecommerce best practices and has the opportunity to present their own creative ideas regarding presentation. The analyst utilizes various tools to conduct initiatives around improving overall site conversion. This position offers the opportunity to learn the business from the foundation and contribute on a meaningful level.
Responsibilities
· Presenting the service in a way that maximizes the customer’s user experience
· Analyzing data, order volume and user behavior to determine potential revenue opportunities
· Conduct usability, a/b and multi-variant testing to improve landing page and overall site conversion
· Implementing and analyzing site enhancements and effects on order conversion
· Use Analytics team as a resource to develop methods of using site and campaign monitoring tools to drive conversion rates.
· Meeting with clients to present modifications, findings, and best practices
· Working closely with development team to merchandise and improve offer presentation.
Requirements
· Hands-on SEO experience preferred
· Ecommerce experience
· Strong interpersonal skills

· Strong analytic reasoning
· Ability to manage time and prioritize projects based on importance and urgency
