While many DSL providers try to price themselves competitively, finding the one offering the best value is difficult. In addition to pricing, potential customers should also examine the provider's overall customer satisfaction rating, as well as determine equipment costs.
Customer Service
One of the most important aspects of comparing different DSL providers is affordability. Price is important, as are additional factors, such as service and customer satisfaction. Having an inexpensive DSL provider with a checkered history for customer service might be less cost-effective than having a slightly more expensive provider with better customer service, especially for individuals and businesses relying upon online access.
