Bundles with Qwest can include Internet, home phone, DirectTV and wireless service through Verizon. Cox allows a shopper to compare popular bundles, get suggestions and build their own. Bundles with Cox include local and cable television, internet and home telephone service.

Both QWest and Cox have a separate division to accommodate business customers and focus on three major services: television, data transfer and telephone communication. Each company also offers the needed hardware and technical expertise for companies that need computer and server networking and VoIP services.
