Responsibilities
- Create new, persuasive content for multiple Web sites, with search engine optimization best practices in mind
- Monitor existing Web content, updating information to ensure persuasive content is published to all WhiteFence Web sites
- Proofread and edit all forms of promotional copy, upholding AP Style standards throughout
- Produce ongoing content for the WhiteFence online blogs
- Develop marketing materials, including information compilation, copywriting and editing, proofreading, and product research
- Work with other copywriters to maintain the marketing project schedule, ensuring production deadlines are met
- Complete quality assurance work as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or writing
- At least three to five years related work experience in marketing
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication and writing skills
- Proofreading and copy editing skills
- Project management skills
- Diligent work ethic and high energy level
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to provide detailed attention to several concurrent projects
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
- PC skills include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook
- Occasional travel required
