WhiteFence, one of the fastest-growing companies in Houston, currently has an opportunity for a motivated individual to join our fast-paced company as Senior Accountant. In this role you will use your 5+ years experience to oversee accounting operations, offer recommendations for improvement and implement new processes.
Responsibilities
- Preparing month end general ledger account reconciliations
- Maintain monthly bank reconciliations
- Complete monthly journal entries
- Manage Fixed Asset general ledger and reconciliations
- Reconcile and review all monthly payments to partners
- Responsible for full cycle Accounts Payable
Requirements
- Bachelors obtained in Accounting
- 3-5 years of professional accounting experience
- Great Plains experience REQUIRED
- Strong Microsoft Excel Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great attention to detail and multi-tasking
- Ability to build a positive rapport with all levels of the organization
- Team player attitude is essential
