WhiteFence, one of the fastest-growing companies in Houston, currently has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated individual to join our fast-paced company as a Web Designer in our Site Design and Development group. In this role you will use your 5+ years of experience in Web Design to contribute to the success of our dynamic company. Work closely with fellow designers, developers, copywriters and data analysts to improve WhiteFence products, customer experience and advertising efforts
Responsibilities
· Develop and test website designs with an eye towards improving conversion
· Work with web developers to create rich web experiences and improved site flexibility
· Coordinate with the analytics team and web developers to create and monitor tests
· Design banner ads and landing pages that drive conversion improvements.
Requirements
· Bachelors Degree Preferred
· 5+ years work experience in graphics and Web design production
· Outstanding knowledge of DreamWeaver (or any HTML text editor), CSS and HTML
· Outstanding knowledge of Photoshop
· Working knowledge of javascript and PHP a plus
· Excellent problem solving skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Must posses strong conceptualization and production skills
· Experience with designing online transactions, such as e-commerce and lead generation
· Looking for a team player who can produce pieces on deadline for multiple clients with varying levels of direction in a fast-paced environment.
· Diligent work ethic and high energy level are required for this team
