Qwest is a provider of telephone, television and Internet service in 37 states across the U.S. While you can complete many service-related tasks by accessing your account through the Qwest online portal, you must call their customer support center in order to cancel your Internet service. Be sure you have all of the required information to access your account prior to calling to ensure that you can complete the cancellation process.
Step 1
Gather the information needed to access and verify your account. This includes your account number as well as any PIN or security codes that may be in place on your account. You should also note when you want the disconnect to take place.

Contact Qwest customer service by calling 877-348-9004.
Step 3
Explain to the customer service agent your desire to have your Internet service disconnected and provide all the information she asks for. Be sure to write down any confirmation numbers and the name of the any persons you speak with regarding this matter.
