Charter Communications is the fourth largest cable operator in the United States. The company specializes in providing phone, high-speed Internet and cable TV service to select markets throughout the U.S. To take advantage of all of the features that come with Charter TV service as a Charter TV customer, you must hook up a Charter cable box to each TV in your home you want to have cable service. By also integrating a VCR into your home theater set up you will further gain the ability to record live Charter TV broadcasts, or archive Charter DVR recordings, to VHS tape.
