If you have accidentally deleted a Verizon installer file from your computer, then there are various ways to get it back. Depending on what the installer was for, you can either use the original software installation disc or alternatively download a new version from the Internet. Verizon have various software applications available for the multitude of services that they offer.
Step 1
Insert the original installation disc, if you have it, for your device. This installation disc will contain all of the installers necessary for use with your device. Insert the disc to your computer and click the "Setup" link, or alternatively, browse through the disc for a more specific installer.
Step 2
Go to the "Software & Apps Support" section of the Verizon site.
Step 3
Type the name of the installer you want into either of the search fields and follow the links to download that software.
