Account Manager

WhiteFence is looking for a motivated, business focused, service-minded individual to join our fast-paced company as a Account Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the relationships with assigned Non-MDU (multi-dwelling units) and MDU Channel Partners.
  • Maintain consistent and productive communication with key external Channel Partner relationships.
  • Apply best practice initiatives to ensure an acceptable revenue return to WhiteFence and the Channel Partner wherever possible.
  • Build and test new functionalities implemented to the system and quality control, and distribute monthly rebate reports and scorecards.

Requirements:

  • College degree or equivalent experience
  • A high level of customer service and relationship building skills
  • The ability to effectively interact with all levels within an organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work
  • Proficiency with the MS Office software suite
  • Understanding of best cost principles

Desired:

  • Sales/account management background

  • Knowledge of the real estate and/or multi-family industries
