WhiteFence is looking for a motivated, business focused, service-minded individual to join our fast-paced company as a Account Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the relationships with assigned Non-MDU (multi-dwelling units) and MDU Channel Partners.
- Maintain consistent and productive communication with key external Channel Partner relationships.
- Apply best practice initiatives to ensure an acceptable revenue return to WhiteFence and the Channel Partner wherever possible.
- Build and test new functionalities implemented to the system and quality control, and distribute monthly rebate reports and scorecards.
Requirements:
- College degree or equivalent experience
- A high level of customer service and relationship building skills
- The ability to effectively interact with all levels within an organization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work
- Proficiency with the MS Office software suite
- Understanding of best cost principles
