Inside Sales Manager

WhiteFence, one of the fastest-growing companies in Houston, currently has an exciting opportunity for motivated individual to join our fast-paced company as an Inside Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound leads for potential service provider and channel partner business development opportunities
  • Project-based outbound cold calling responsibilities on an as-needed basis
  • Manage your own pipeline of opportunities but no sales management responsibilities

Requirements

  • A 2-5 year track record in prospecting, qualifying, and closing new targeted competitive accounts
  • Proven success in closing significant opportunities
  • An ability to manage multiple complex sales engagements concurrently
  • Experience in dealing with VP level executives
  • An entrepreneurial approach that is imaginative, smart and passionate
  • Demonstrated team building and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A 4-year college degree
