WhiteFence, one of the fastest growing companies in Houston, currently has an exciting opportunity for motivated, hard-working Junior or Senior level students, to join our fast-paced company as an Interactive Marketing Intern.

Responsibilities

• Become familiar with WhiteFence in the social media space and participate in utilities/communication services blogosphere.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative viral ideas.
• Work with the Direct Marketing team in production of informational and viral videos, including scripting, audio and visual recording and video editing.
• Aid social media team (both creatively and technically) in creating vodcasts and podcasts.

Requirements

• Junior or Senior with a RTF or Communications major (Advertising, PR, Marketing)
• Proficient with video editing software, preferably Adobe Premiere
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to manage time and prioritize projects based on importance and urgency
• Previous experience with social media, including YouTube and Flickr, a MUST!
