The Lifetime Value Programs Specialist will manage the e-mail and direct mail campaigns that are distributed to our customers. The successful candidate for this position will ensure the timely and accurate delivery of all lifetime value programs. Excellent communication skills and copywriting experience are a must. This position reports to the Director of Lifetime Value Programs.
Responsibilities
- Perform quality assurance on all e-mail and banner ad campaigns, confirming the accuracy of all content and analytic identifiers.
- Manage projects between the product line team and the lifetime value programs team, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Assist the lifetime value programs copywriter in the creation of new e-mail messaging and banner ad content.
- Manage the company's promotion stream documents. This includes assessing the insertion of paid advertising and the timing of delivery to WhiteFence users, removing expired ad/e-mail placement, etc.
- Create, setup and deploy promotional and transactional e-mail campaigns within the Responsys environment and the WhiteFence transaction engine.
- Run weekly and monthly reports on promotional and transactional e-mail campaigns.
- Review all existing e-mail campaigns to ensure the validity of service provider promotions and special offers.
- Deploy ads for the WhiteFence proprietary transaction engine.
- Edit HTML-based e-mail messages and ads.
- Assist the Director of Lifetime Value Programs in the collection of user data and the dissemination of data files to printers for direct mail campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required, with a focus on journalism, communications, English or public relations
- 2 years business experience is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively and multi-task
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Experience with HTML and CSS is a plus
- Quick study with positive outlook, flexible nature
- E-mail and / or direct mail campaign management experience preferred
