You'll be able to retrieve detailed call history online through Time Warner Cable.

Time Warner Cable sells television, voice call and Internet bundled services that can all be managed through a Web-based account interface. The account interface is called "MyServices" and you can sign-up for it online. You'll need some account and security information from a Time Warner invoice. Once you've established the "MyServices" access, you'll be able to retrieve detailed call history.
Step 1
Navigate to the "MyServices" tab on the Time Warner Cable home page and enter your email address. Look for a confirmation email in your inbox and click on the link.
Step 2
Enter the zip code and phone number associated with the account on the resulting Web page. If you've changed your phone number, or you used a different number than the one you use now, you can enter the account number instead by clicking on that option. The account number is printed on the invoice next to the service period.
Step 3
Enter the four-digit customer code. You can also find this on your invoice. It's in the section just cross from the billing date and is different from the four-digit PIN that you may have set up when you signed up for Time Warner. You must enter the code to be able to see call history, voicemail and other phone information online.
Step 4
Create a User ID and password on the following form and then accept the "Terms of Use." The following webpage will ask you to create some security questions and redirect you to "MyServices."
Step 5
Enter the User ID and password that you created, and then press "Submit." Click on the "My Home Phone" tab and choose "Call History." The Web page will display detailed call history.
