AT&T; U-Verse uses fiber optic technology and advanced computer networking to give customers high-speed DSL Internet connection, digital television and home phone service. With features such as "On Demand" and an interactive AT&T; "U-bar," customers now have the ability to control what they watch and how they browse the Internet more than before. If you have the AT&T; U-Verse service, you can choose to pay your bills online, over the phone, by mail or in person.
Step 1
Pay your AT&T; U-Verse bill online. Log into your AT&T; online account using your U-verse Member ID and password. Once you are in your personal account, scroll over the "Billing & Payments" tab and select the "Pay Bill" option. Enter your credit card information and confirm the bill amount before pressing the "Pay Now" button.
Step 2
Call the AT&T; bill pay hotline at 1-800-288-2020 to pay your bill over the phone. Make sure to have your bill, U-Verse account number and checking or credit card account information available.
Step 3
Fill out the account number spaces on your AT&T; U-Verse bill with your checking account number and mail it back to: Attn: AT&T; U-verse P. O. Box 5014 Carol Stream, IL 60197-5014
Step 4
Pay your AT&T; U-Verse bill in person at an authorized payment location. Look up your nearest authorized payment location at the AT&T; "Pay in Person" site.
