Verizon Wireless Internet Options

Verizon has 3G mobile Internet plans available in four data size options. The smallest 3G mobile plan provides 1 GB of data per month, and it has the lowest monthly access fee. The other plans offer 3 GB, 5 GB and 10 GB of data per month. As the amount of data increases, the price of the plan increases. All four of these plans are available for 3G tablets, and the two largest plans are available for 3G netbooks and 3G mobile hotspots.

Customers with 4G mobile devices can subscribe to 4G mobile plans from Verizon Wireless. The four 4G plans provide 1 GB, 3 GB, 5 GB or 10 GB of data per month. They have higher monthly fees for more data per month. 4G tablets work with all of these plans, and 4G USB modems and 4G mobile hotspots can be used with either of the larger plans. With each plan, there is a per-GB rate for data over the monthly allowance.

Verizon Wireless provides Internet service to various mobile phones. If customers subscribe to a qualifying Verizon data package, they are able to receive access to mobile broadband and 3G mobile hotspots for an additional monthly fee. This plan offers 2 GB of data per month, and there is a per-GB rate for overages after the monthly allowance of data. More than 30 phones from Verizon are compatible with mobile Internet service.

Prepay mobile Internet plans are also available from Verizon Wireless. Options for prepay plans include daily, weekly and monthly plans. Devices qualifying for mobile broadband include 3G USB modems and 3G tablets. Daily, weekly and monthly plan options are available for modems while four monthly plans are available for tablets. If subscribing to the daily plan for a modem, 100 MB of data is available; the weekly plan offers 300 MB of data.
