Some of the features from which these customers can choose to add to their wireless plans include more minutes, text messaging and advanced data plans. Customers can make changes to their plans on the Verizon website.

Step 1

Open your Web browser of choice and sign in to your "My Verizon" account.

Step 2

Click "My Plan."

Step 3

Click "Change Plan."

Step 4

Choose the plan you want.

Step 5

Click "OK."
